Customer Accounts Support

An opportunity to join the world's most dynamic fine wine merchant. Combining a traditional private client service with financial technology and online trading, BI has redefined the fine wine market over the last 20 years and is now looking for further growth through the digital space. With sales of around £100m and ambitious future targets BI is the UK's largest specialist seller of fine wine and spirits and operates through offices in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Los Angeles.

Reporting to the COO, this role will be responsible for supporting the UK sales team with admin responsibilities and overtime become our eCommerce champion.

Responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact for all 'non-wine' related queries
  • Manage web registrations and maintain existing client data on financial ERP
  • Process invoices / credit notes and liaise with Clients and our Operations team to arrange deliveries
  • Process payments and assist with chasing debt

The successful candidate must be fluent in Excel, have previous customer care experience, be organised and have a keen focus on attention to detail. Experience in wine is useful but not essential.
