Delamain

Background

Delamain is one of the last family owned and run Cognac houses and is a leading specialist in blending and elevage of fine old Cognac using only eau-de-vie from Grande Champagne – the first great growth of Cognac.

Aged in seasoned oak casks for a minimum of two decades, the Delamain range of fine Cognacs are blended and bottled under the control and expertise of the direct descendants of the founder James Delamain - Patrick Peyrelongue and Charles Braastad.

Pale & Dry XO epitomises the house style: floral, delicate and full of finesse.
