The Ramonet estate is responsible for producing some of the finest white Burgundy around. With significant grands crus holdings in Le Montrachet, Batard-Montrachet and Bienvenues-Batard-Montrachet along with both red and white premier cru Chassagne, Ramonet creates wines of unusual character. They are very long lived, in part due to the amount of lees left in the wine during vinification and atypically full and intense on the palate.
