While many in the Rhone hold religiously to traditional methods, Rene Rostaing is a winemaker of a much more open-minded breed.
There is no formula to producing Rostaing's focused, rich Cote Roties. Instead, the methods used will be dictated by the character of the vintage and invariably include the use of technology to get the most out of the top quality fruit from his vineyards, including Cote Blonde and La Landonne.
