Established in 1924 by Georges Roumier, this ever popular estate has gone from strength to strength, and is now run by Christophe Roumier, who has continued to employ his family's philosophy of producing terroir driven wines using traditional techniques.
The Domaine consists of 14.2 hectares of vineyard, including holdings in the grand crus of Bonnes Mares, Clos de Vougeot, Musigny, and Corton Charlemagne as well as the superb monopole vineyard Morey St Denis-Clos de la Bussiere. However, in good vintages, their generic and village level wines are equally impressive.
