Tasting Notes and Scores
Created by Rum Master Tito Cordero. Crafted from 100% heavy pot still rums and aged for a minimum of 12 years in ex-bourbon casks and then finished for an additional two years in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. No sweeteners, caramel or other additives, no chill-filtration. An exceptionally smooth rich dark rum with dried, candied fruit aromas of vanilla, spices and cane syrup with a little smokiness in the background. On the palate there’s dark chocolate, aged dried fruit, coffee and vanilla, all with a lovely creamy mouth feel.
